The Platform and all its derivatives are owned and operated by Octowit AI Private Limited (the “Company” or “Sosho”). The terms “we,” “our,” “ours,” and “us” used below refer to the Company.
This Privacy Policy explains how Sosho collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information (as defined below) in connection with our Sosho-branded services and network of websites, related content, platforms, services, products, applications, and events we provide (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices relating to job applicants, employees and other personnel. Supplemental privacy policies may be available to you depending on your additional relationship with us, for example as a Creator or Brand.

5. Requesting Data Deletion

Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Select Sosho under Apps and Websites.
Click “Send request” to submit a data deletion request.
Alternatively, you can email contact@sosho.com with the subject “Personal Data Deletion Request.”
Upon submission of your request, our system will record it for processing. We will take necessary actions to delete your data within 60 days of your request, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
